sad I’m frustrated

50% of our emails are going into junk mail folders since they aren't properly authenticated by SendGrid

We are using SendGrid Pro on Heroku.com for our mailing service based on you guys "solving the spam issue". However, the spam issue is terrible using your service. 50% of the time an e-mail is sent to one of our users, it ends up in a junk mail folder.

We have noticed that the e-mails being sent say something like this:

from OurSite noreply@oursite.com via sendgrid.info
to user@gmail.com

Gmail's docs (http://mail.google.com/support/bin/an...) say the "via sendgrid.info" part is because SendGrid is not properly authenticating the email with an SPF record, although the e-mail is saying that it was signed by sendgrid.info.

My first question is: Why are we paying for your service? Every time we send an invitation e-mail to someone to join our site, 50% of the time the person doesn't receive it, so that means one less person that joins our site and one more reason for us to abandon your service.

My second question is: What can you do to fix this? Unfortunately my first impression of your company has not been a good one, especially given all the marketing hype about fixing the spam issue. I'm hoping we can work together to quickly resolve this issue so I can continue to be one of your customers.
