Add date range control to lists APIs

Looking for a way to limit WebAPI results for lists (bounce, unsub, spam, etc), based on a date range.

I know i can get add the date=1 param, and do the filtering on my side, but I'd rather not have to keep fetching the looooong list of result if only a few new ones have been added since the last time polled.
