After newsletter pipeline said it would send but didn't
Newsletters - I tried to send a newsletter (named Dec 2 10% off coupon). It was to send to 100+ people. I went through the pipeline and confirmed everything and at the end it said it was going to send it but it never did send.

This is most likely due to your newsletter list not importing correctly. Please send an email to support@sendgrid.com with your username and your list attached and we will look into the issue for you. -

Hello,
I looked at the error logs and when we tried to download your list I see this issue:
List not in CSV format
That could mean a lot of things. I tried to download the list, from the url provided, but I got a 404. Is the list not up there anymore?

The list was there. It is now there again with the link provided.
I think I did 2 steps. I chose the external url, but I think at the next stage I was able to upload the list. I would rather upload the list manually but I couldn't tell that that was an option at the first step.
I have other feedback about your newsletter pipeline -- like if you get to the end and need to make a very small change, you can back-up one step but then you can't back up more or edit the body of your email. -

The first thing I see from the list is that it has no header at the top named email. The first line of the file tells us which fields are included, and if its just a list of email addresses it should be just 'email'.
You'll want to do that to the list in order to import it as well.
Any feedback you provide would be appreciated. We're in the process of revamping the newsletter UI, and I'd be glad to pass your feedback along to the developers.

Thanks Tim. So that was not documented anywhere. I did get the email upload to work after I got that as an error message.
I can work around these issues and I'm not blocked. I want you guys to be aware of what a crappy experience this is currently (because I really like you guys and sendgrid). -
