I think this is a great feature to add to SendGrid:

Allow follow-up workflow for newsletter campaign.

For example, someone has subscribe to my website and I want to send him many mails at differents date like :

- 1 days after subscription, mail to thank him
- 3 days later, a mail to remind him some new products of my website
- 5 days later, send him a proposition of service of my website
- 10 days later, send him a mail with promotion code
- 15 days later, remind to pay to get some better products
- ....
