Add API to get the status of SendGrid's services, including the estimated time until delivery for new emails.
For example, my script is trying to determine whether or not an email will arrive within the desired time constraint before sending the email. If SendGrid is experiencing delays in email delivery, I would like my script to be able to request this information so that I can make a decision on how to handle it, probably using a backup service, or custom solution, for cases where delivery might be delayed by more than a few minutes.

The vast majority of our emails are delivered less than a minute after we receive it. Delivery delays are account-specific, and particular to the receiving domain. These numbers are in flux constantly, and considering that different domains have different rules, some smaller domains share information using third party server management, etc, this would be impossible/impractical to implement.
