Authentication failure? Provisioning timeframe?

How long does it take for an account to become provisioned? I presume that is why I am seeing the "authentication failure" when trying to send mail.

During business hours we generally provision accounts within the hour. If you provide your username I would be happy to look into your particular account.

Hi, I signed up last friday (3 work days ago) and my account is still being provisioned (my user is chackspam@live.com). What's the usual timeframe to get an account provisioned? Is there anything that I can do to speed up the process?

  I had replied to one of your posts. Sorry if this is repetitive, I just wanted to make sure your issue was responded to.
  
  I looked into your account and it would appear that your account's provision was failed. You had not posted what website you were attached with. I would recommend starting the process over and providing a website that we can verify you have control with. I'm assuming that is why your provision failed.
