Click and then confirm unsubscribes
Double-click unsubscribe (i.e., to unsubscribe, recipients click through to a webpage where the verify that they would like to unsubscribe) instead of one-click unsubscribe. We get lots of folks who unsubscribe by accident. (don't ask me how...)

I'm okay with single click unsubscribes as long as there is an undo button on that page. As far as I can tell, there's no easy way to undo those accidental clicks other than through the API.

I'll check to see which would be easier to implement - the double-click or the undo button.
It looks like there are a good number of people who want this type of functionality - is there a strong preference to either of these options?
Thanks for your ideas, here, folks! I'll see what we can do and keep you posted. Let me know if you have any further thoughts!

Yeah, we end up doing this all the time ourselves. I think undo is a bit nicer than double click, but either would be a huge improvement.

i prefer confirmation request. better to help prevent the accident rather than just provide a way to fix it after the fact. -

We have the unsubscribe link on top, to make it more obvious for users that it's a legit email and they can unsubscribe at any time.
But a lot of people end up accidentally clicking the link, and then getting back to us saying they're not getting receiving any emails.
I suppose one way to solve it on our end would be to make this info visible to the users when they login, so they can undo it manually if needed. -
