Default value for null values when using [NAME] in newsletter app
When sending an email and including the recipients first name as a merge field - if the record is blank/null - SG should offer the ability to populate a default value.

Since our newsletter system does not allow nonexistent fields, you have to at least populate a null (,,) field for each entry. If you want to have a default value, this would be the place to do it.
