Does the Parse API handle retries?
I'd love to use it, but am concerned about what happens if my web service goes down... if not, would this be possible?

Where can I find details regarding how the retry mechanism works (how often it retries, for how long, what sorts of errors will trigger a retry, etc)?

I was wondering if someone at SendGrid could tell me what the timeout is for retries on the ParseAPI?
The reason I ask is that some of the emails we receive via the ParseAPI take time to process (upwards of 10 seconds), before completion. It appears that SendGrid's retry system decides this is a timeout, and resends the message again even though we have already received and processed it.
A way to increase the timeout for the ParseAPI would be great! -
