Email Activity screen missing data from last 24 hours
The Email Activity screen is not showing all emails that were processed over the last 24 hours, but is showing emails from days ago. I have no way of knowing whether emails I sent over the last 24 hours have been processed or not.

Unfortunately, it hasn't just been down for "a moment" - it's been problematic for the last 20 hours. Many of my searches on the Email Activity screen have returned either "Email Activity appears to be offline. Please try again later." or "No results found for the search query."
I've had to initiate a number of support chats in order to ask for the status on emails, and you guys have been able to find them in your logs even though they're not coming up on the Email Activity screen.
Would be good to get this resolved asap. Many thanks. -

I'm sorry you're having problems; the "offline" message is a temporary connection issue between our website & the log server. This is unrelated to the recent outage, but something we're actively working on.
As you've learned, we're always happy to pull any information we can when the page is not functioning, though I know it's more frustrating than getting the information yourself.
According to our ops team, the data is caught up, but currently missing information from the 6th and the 10th of January. They're investigating the cause of this, but it could be accounting for lacking information that you're expecting. -
