Evaluating SendGrid, but now goes to Spam Folder

I am evaluating SendGrid to send our transactional emails because we've been having a lot of problems sending to Hotmail, an I also like the ability to track clicks and reads.

The problem is when I use our server to send the email it goes to Yahoo Inbox and to Hotmail Junk, and when using the SendGrid server the exact same email goes to Hotmail Inbox but Yahoo now puts it in the Spam Folder!!!!

Why is this???

I'd really appreciate any help on this.

BTW, my account is notifications [in the email domain] nocnok.com , currently is a Free account and I'm evaluating the service for a Silver subscription.

I'm also having the same problem, SendGrid emails going to Yahoo's spam folder. Luckily for us our majority of users have Hotmail accounts, but still would be better if this issue with Yahoo got fixed. We use the Silver package but left the Domain Keys as "sendgrid.me". Do you think that can be the problem?

    indifferent I’m concerned
When I signed for the silver account it worked for a while, but after a few weeks my emails started to go to the Spam Folder again.

I contacted sendgrid's support and they were very kind and directed me on how to go through the whitelabel process (to change the Domain Keys) and they contacted Yahoo to get my account in their bulk sender list, and we were added, but nothing changed. Maybe it's Yahoo's fault and a complete delivery service is not possible.

Right now I'm sending email to Yahoo using my normal email server and for the rest I user sendgrid.
