Highlight that providing an "Event Notification Post Event URL" doesn't activate Event Notification

In activating the Event API today, I lost a little time because I didn't get that one both needs to provide a URL and also (a) enable the Event Notification app and (b) modify the app settings to enable specific notifications (e.g. for delivery and for bounces).

I reviewed http://sendgrid.com/documentation/Api... and http://sendgrid.com/developer/postEve... and did not get this.

I then stumbled onto http://sendgrid.com/documentation/app... and figured it out.

Suggestion: Add some text to the first two URLs I consulted - especially the one where the notification URL is set - to highlight that providing a URL is not enough.

Also - it's not clear why there are two pages http://sendgrid.com/developer/postEve... and http://sendgrid.com/app/appSettings/t... for providing the notification URL, or how those two settings would interact.
