How are attachments posted when using parsing?

I am really looking forward to the parsing feature, is a deal sealer.

Question though which I have not been able to find an answer for: how are attachments posted when using parsing?

When looking over the documentation and information I see information about the attachments, and the array of attachment information, but how is the attachment actually posted? What needs to be setup on the form?
