Please look at the Email Activity feature in your account. It will show you email-address level details of opens, clicks, deliveries, to name a few. Alternately you can use the Event API (http://sendgrid.com/documentation/Api...) to receive real-time event notifications POSTed to a url of your choice.

Is it possible to use the Email Acitivity feature to find all deliveries for a specific date?

There is no pagination, sorting, date filter or export so I can only view up to 500 deliveries with no sorting option.

This is, respectfully, ridiculous. Is there any way to access this data via the API (historical, not Event) or find it anywhere else?

Yes you should have option to extract data with each and every status and b/w range.

I am also not able to extract email id which has opened status but not clicked in last 30 days.
