Improve the SendGrid website to match the great concept!

I found SendGrid today as I was looking for a solution to my email problem. Though it looks like I might have found it, the SendGrid website could use some improvements. Since sharing ideas like this is basically what I do for a living, I thought I'd share my view on what looks like a very nice concept indeed.

- What is SendGrid, and where does it say that? Yes, SendGrid increases email deliverability, it integrates in minutes, it helps reach more users instead of spam folders and this huge counter is showing some big numbers, but I was having doubts if SendGrid was what I thought it was. Who sends the mail?! If SendGrid does, just say so! "SendGrid delivers your mail. Well." or "SendGrid delivers your mail" or something along the lines, was what I was looking for.

- What is SendGrid, in detail? The only information I can find about what SendGrid does and what you get for your money, is in the 4 square boxes. The pricing table shows some features as well but doesn't give any explanation. First I want to know exactly what it is and "what I get". Right after that I'd want to know who uses it already and then what it costs, which is basically all there so that's good.

- I'm picky, I know, but even though the website looks okay it's not what I expected when I learned more about the concept, what you guys do and who you do it for already. Maybe it's because you guys are focusing on other areas (and hey, that's great) but when you have time, spice things up a little with some Web 2.0 lovin'! You deserve it!
