Inline CSS for Open Email Tracking Pixel

Idea: Add some inline CSS to the 1x1 tracking pixel added by SendGrid to track email opens to format that pixel to occupy no space. This will ensure that HTML formatted emails which have a footer in them will not have the footer pushed up from the bottom of the body element in the email by the 1x1 pixel (and any default margins/paddings applied to the tracker pixel by the browser).
