Is there any way to get any information about the results of parsing incoming emails? This was working, but now it's not. I send an email in to the configured address, but the parsed JSON never gets posted to the configured URL. I have to assume something's failing on the sendgrid side (since I can call my parse URL directly without a problem), but there seems to be no statistics on parse errors, activity, etc...
Thoughts?
Thanks,
dwh

Logs, dashboard, etc. related to parsing of the emails and attempts would be greatly appreciated.
The above mentioned case is something I have great concern about as well and really look forward to using the serice -

Actually something like the sending activity would be great: http://blog.sendgrid.com/email-activi...
Also, even better (and would complete the circle) would be if this info could be pulled by api. I would love to be able to have this info by user.
Thanks! -

Sorry for the delayed response, we are currently monitoring this site much more heavily.
Parsing incoming emails should be working. For those that would like to have this set up please check out this link:

Can't find where to see the logs of the parser. My app stopped getting incoming emails but I can't tell why.

Currently it's quite difficult to tell where the issue lies when my application is not receiving incoming emails. I'm not even sure that they're reaching SendGrid, when they were received without a problem just days ago. At the least, very basic logging of incoming emails would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is a concern for me as well. I am currently unable to send emails to my app, the POST to my endpoint is never happening, and without any stats or reports, i have no idea what could be the issue.

We had some problems with emails not showing up initially. Our problem turned out to be DNS configuration - the emails were being delivered to the wrong place and ignored. But there are a lot of other things that could be going wrong.
I would suggest starting by setting up an endpoint that accepts any incoming request, and dumps them all to a log somewhere. Then send it some POST requests yourself, to make sure it's working. Then try sending some emails via SendGrid. Somewhere in there you'll probably figure out what the problem is. -
