I sent an email out through sendgrid on 1/4/12, many of them are showing up as "drop" in their status, and when i expand the "drop" report it says that the reason is "bounce"
what's up with that? What does it mean?

Hello,
This means that the address has previously bounced, and so it is marked as a bad address. Any new mail sent to that address will be dropped.
You can find out the reasons for the bounce in the Email Reports -> Bounces section of the website. If you determine the address is in fact good you can remove the address from the suppression list there.
Regards,
Tim

Thank you Jacob,
It is unclear to me how to remove the addresses from the suppression list. Do I just delete the bounce records? -
-
Correct. If you find it in Email Activity, the Reason tell you which Email Reports list it's on. Just go to the appropriate Reports page, search the address, and Delete that record if you'd like us to attempt delivery again.
