Hello, I would like to use sendgrid as the primary SMTP host (with whitelabel) for a bunch of domains that I manage. Is this possible with a single account or do I need to have a silver account or better for each domain?
Thanks!

Hi Matt,
Thank you for contacting us. You can accomplish this through the "Gold" package that has the "Reseller Panel" support. It allows you to create multiple accounts and whitelabel each account. In fact, you can assign even different IPs per account. If an account has more than one IP, these will be load balanced. Some companies use this feature to separate their transactional email from marketing email. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Ok, I set up a gold account and am now completely confused. How do I add IP addresses? I think I am doing it right but there are no instructions for how to set this up anywhere.
My account is under this email: mhodgson@redbeard-tech.com

Hi Matt,
Currently IP provisioning and whitelabling is a manual process that we assist our clients with. We'll need to know how many IPs you need (Each additional IP beyond the one included in your account is $20/month) and we will help you configure the proper whitelabel settings for your sub-users.
You can let me know here, or create a support ticket by sending an email to support@sendgrid.com. We are actively working to automate the whitelabel and IP assignment process, and should be releasing something soon. -

Thanks for the response - maybe just put a little note on the site so people know? I just sent an email to support.

Hi,
I'm currently on the Silver plan, and want to add one more domain to my account. Is it still the case that I have to upgrade to the Gold plan in order to do so? Or do I just have to pay the additional $20 per month per each new domain?
thanks,
