No emails since 11th ...
Did something change on the 11th? Emails are sending fine if we use our host machine but nothing arrives if we use SendGrid settings ...

We have a cron that sends status emails to monitors@mygengo.com, so it wasn't all emails, but just emails to this address. Strange thing is this email was fine for a few days and then the above message happened -

Wow, this ZenDesk / GetSatisfaction integration is wonky. Joe Scharf didn't post that - I did! Not to mention I was under the impression my messages on ZenDesk would be kept private. Otherwise, I would not have posted that email address ....
