We are using SendGrid to send very simple emails to our users: a short subject, short body and then we want to include a link back to our site. I have used various email delivery tools to see possible SPAM scores and everything comes back very low. However for some reason Outlook always marks these emails as Junk. Now getting reports of similar problems on Yahoo and possibly AOL (is it still around?). If we don't include the link the email isn't marked as Junk. We add the link - which is just to our default domain/URI and it gets flagged. I guess this is sort of a Outlook/Junk filter question but wondered if SendGrid had any ideas? Nothing gets reported back to our account as reported Spam either. Haven't upgraded to the white label/Silver package yet but would that help at all? Have turned off all click tracking and open tracking so the email is really, really simple. The link has been reduced to just www.domainname.com as well to avoid "Click here" type SPAM flags.
Sorry if this is not really a SendGrid issue but welcome ideas. Going to test sending without using SendGrid to see if we get same behavior reports.
