provisioning not happening

Hi I'm trying to setup sendgrid for a client to trial (this account) and it's been days in provisioning.

Can we please have it activated? Ours was done in 24 hours.

Thank you, I spoke with her and we found the email. We'll get her setup now, her website is not finished btw. Still being worked on.
