Sending with multiple categories
I would like the ability to send to multiple categories for the same email.

1You can now have up to 10 categories per message.

It would be a life saver if just a few more categories would be possible, 2 or 3 per email should suffice.
Category of email, client identifier, and level of importance indicator would be our nirvana.

Hello,
I'm sorry but currently you can't set multiple categories. If you were to put 2 categories you would find that your second category would override your first category.
Terribly sorry for this inconvenience.

Another huge, huge +1 for this. Please add it for the reasons described here: http://community.sendgrid.com/sendgri...

Possible use cases to consider:
Multiple-applications for different clients - allow emails to be tagged [ClientA, EmailTypeA] so that you could get stats on a particular type of email, or all email sent to a client.
A/B Testing - Sending out different emails to different targets to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns. (Eg. [MarketingEmail, MarketingEmail-TypeA] so you could look at A+B and just A)-
A/B Testing is exactly what I need it for. It seems like there's really no easy way to do this without resorting to the firehose of the Event API.

1This idea is currently under consideration.
Please review the "unique_args" feature, and see if that would fit your requirements: http://docs.sendgrid.com/documentatio... -
