Stats for emails with multiple categories?

Is there a way to look at statistics for emails that fall under multiple categories? For example, we have a category set up for each of our site domains, we also have a second category set up for the type of email (like "Order Confirmation"). Can we look a statistics for all emails that have both "sitename.com" and "Order Confirmation"?
