Earlier today users started contacting us about Phishing notices for the sendgrid.com website. These notices are being encountered by users clicking on links that have been rewritten using the Link Tracking Filter. We are working on fixing this problem ASAP, and will update this topic with additional information.
In the meantime, temporarily disabling the Link Tracking Filter will prevent this issue for any new emails that you may send out.
We have implemented a solution on our end to ensure this sort of behavior can't happen in the future. Users can protect themselves by setting up the URL whitelabeling (Silver plans and higher) in the developers section of the website.
17:08 MST: We've confirmed that the incident is isolated to a spammer who was identified and disabled earlier today. We have made updates to our systems and new links rewritten with the Link Tracking Filter should not see this problem. Old links will still be affected until the phishing status is updated at Google.
