Web API needs access to 'Blocks' list
Web API needs access to 'Blocks' list. It only makes sense as we have access to all the other lists via the api

Hello,
I'm sorry for the delayed response, we are monitoring this site much more heavily now.
You can have access to the Blocks list via API. If I could direct you to the webpage: http://sendgrid.com/documentation/Api...
If you have further issues with this, please feel free to get in touch.

Wow. A reply 6 months later...? We've since moved our bulk sending to MailChimp. I actually sent a support email request to "cancel" my account a few weeks ago (as your website administration panel has no method to do this) and I never received a response from anyone... what is the deal?

I understand, I am sorry that they response was 6 months later. I sympathize with switching services due to the lack in response. We have recently hired new staff allowing the resources to keep up with the forums.
Support tickets are another issue, that should have been replied to promptly. If you have your ticket number I can look that up and see why the ball was dropped.
You can cancel your account when you log in to SendGrid. I suppose it is a moot point by now, but to do this in your Dashboard on the right, there is a link called "Account Settings." In this page on the right there is the link: "Cancel your Account."
