We are based in the UK and our customers send out monthly emails via SendGrid on the 1st of each month.
Can you tell me what time in the credits are reset at on the 1st of the month?
If our customers send out emails on the 1st of the month but before you have added our monthly credits what happens?

If messages are accepted by our server before the rollover, they count towards the previous month's total.
Credits reset at 00:00:01 Pacific Time. -

It is now 09:20 GMT / 01:20 PT.
Of our four accounts three have not had their credits reset and one is partially reset (40,000 credits remaining but 37,000 used on a bronze account).
It seems like the credits are not reset at 00:00:01 Pacific Time.
Can you please look into this again as it is really important to our customers know when they can send out their monthly emails. At the moment we are having to check each account manually and asking our customers to hold off sending their emails.

It is now the end of the business day in the UK and several of our accounts have not had their credits reset. Any idea why this is / what time should they be reset at?

I've talked to our Billing developers and have confirmed how this works:
The Dashboard view takes a little while to roll over, because it queries our billing system for the package for the upcoming month, and runs as a cronjob through all of our accounts.
However, credit usage is based on when our system received the request. So long as the request is received after 00:00:01 Central Time, it will count towards the new day & month's credits.
TL;DR: Don't worry about that fact that the dashboard is reflecting other information, the credit allotment is based on the statistics of the "processed", and the day rolls over in Central Time. -

Has this now changed? Previously the credits rolled over on the 1st of each month. We have recently had an email which said:
"Your credits will be reset to 40000 on Sat Feb 25 at 12:01am, Pacific time"
Are credit resets now monthly from when you opened the sendgrid account?

If you're a Reseller customer (Heroku, EngineYard, Softlayer, etc) you'd have to talk to them about when your billing & credits reset. -
