Why doesn't Total Requests equal the sum of the other categories?

Requests = Delivered + Drops + Bounces + Invalid Emails

Please note that if the statistics are within the last 3 days, you may be having messages throttled, which don't show up in Statistics since that's not a terminal state.

A bounce should only occur once. after that, it counts as a Drop. If you're still seeing a discrepancy after taking that into account, please Create a ticket.

Can I recommend adding a detailed diagram of how different metrics inter-relate and/or contain each other? It's pretty easy to misinterpret at the moment. Here would be the perfect place:

I, for example, would have guested that "Requests" and "Invalid Emails" are mutually exclusive, since you don't even attempt to send to an "invalid email", but your answer indicates otherwise.
