The best way to get your account provisioned is to contact our support team via livechat from our website. Again, please note that we have to do it by hand, so if you're account isn't up 5 minutes after you've just signed up please give us some time. We thank you for your patience.

If possible I'd like to try and avoid having this thread turn into a place where people ask to get their account provisioned as it means you're stuck waiting for our replies.
